Step 1

In the system flow chart, click Preliminary Analysis and Action Plan functional block to enter CAR data.

Step 2

Click Preliminary Analysis and Action Plan to initiate a CAR. System will suggest a CAR Number based on the sequence from previous CAR number.

In the data entry form, enter CAR information, root cause and action plan.

Use Next Defect and Previous buttons to add new defect description, root cause and action plans to this CAR.

Step 3

Click Review CAR Report button to print out Corrective Action Request Form.

In the system flow chart, click Print Edit Corrective Action Request functional block to edit or print a CAR directly.

Select a CAR then click Edit CAR button.

Edit the CAR

Click Review CAR Form button to print out CAR form.
