Step 1

User can output the index file to Excel, Word or Html format by clicking  Export Index button.

Note: User can output the index file to Html format and publish the html file to intranet or internet.

Step 2

After Click Export Index button, a format selection window will be brought up.

Step 3

Select the location to save the output.
